Chromosomal Syndromes conditions such as down syndrome, edwards syndrome, and patau syndrome caused by chromosomal anomalies
Klinefelter Syndrome Trisomy XXY resulting in a sterile male with weaker muscles and low testosterone
Turner Syndrome Monosomy XO resulting in a short stature, webbed neck, and heart problems in females
Crossing Over Translocation of SRY gene from X to Y chromosome affecting sex determination
Intersex develops from a chromosomal, genetic, or hormonal pathways, leading to a "mismatch" between chromosomes and sex
XY Female: Swyer Syndrome female phenotype, ovaries non functional
XX Male: male phenotype small testes and sterile
Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome: XY Female testosterone receptors mutated, cells cant sense testosterone
