Clean Water Act regulates water pollution and aims to restore the nations waterways
Corporate Average Fuel Economy CAFE passed in 1975 meant to improve the average fuel economy of cars and trucks produced for sale in America, meant to increase fuel economy each year
prescriptive regulation regulations which list out what duties one must take
Endangered Species Act 1973 protects and conserves endangered species and to save them from extinction minds economic growth and development
Inflation Reduction Act 2022 restrictions on industrial pollution, grants for environmental justice and funding for community efforts, reduce diesel emissions, reduce pollution in goods shipment, solar project develpoment, funding for clean energy, urban forests, tribal funding
