703 Viruses

TermDefinition
Viruses - tiny particles they are not alive but they invade living cells and use them to reproduce
Can viruses reproduce on their own? - No, they must hijack a living cell and reproduce through that cell.
Antibiotics - only useful against bacteria cannot be used to treat viruses
Vaccines - a substance that contains dead or weakened versions of a virus when injected into people, it triggers an immune system response if the person then becomes infected with the real virus, their immune system is able to fight it off
