Student Finances

TermDefinition
Financial Aid Money that assist students to attend secondary school.
Scholarships Funding that a student can achieve depending on academic, artistic, athletic, or fits a certain demographic, to attend college or school.
Grants A source of money used for college that doesn't have to be repaid.
FAFSA A free application for student aid, which is used for students who could use money for college.
Pell Grant Money that is provided by the government for those who don't have the funds and they don't need to repay.
