semi-conservitive replication replication that has one strand from the original and one is new
Codon in DNA its a 3-nucleotide sequence that encodes an amino acid or signifies a start and/or stop signal.

anticodon a region of tRNA that consists of 3 bases complementary to a specific codon of mRNA
