Actin Filaments THIN (5 nm) tube that provides mechanical support for movement
Myosin Filaments THICK (15 nm) tube that provides the ability for contraction
Zones of the Sarcomere H-Zone, A-band, I-band, M line, Z line
Location of Skeletal muscles bones
Location of Smooth muscles internal structures such as digestive tract, uterus, and blood vessels such as arteries
Location of Cardiac muscles inside and on the surface of the heart
