Sharpen the Saw

I can take steps to be healthy both ___ and ___ , and avoid burnout. Physically and emotionally.
Physical- Food, Exercise, Sleep, Hydration, Regular checkups, Hygiene.
Mental- Schoolwork, Class discussions, Lectures, Journals, Literature, Skill development.
Social Emotional- Friends, Family, Study groups, Social media.
Spiritual- Service, Meditation, Art, Music, Nature, Inspirational reading.
Sleep deprivation leads to- Depression, lower grades, accidents, and emotional problems.
Following these rules will support good health- Increasing fruits and vegetables, Choosing high quality proteins, Eating carbs that don't raise your blood sugar, Staying hydrated with 6-8 glasses of water a day, Limiting highly processed foods, Learning to read food labels.
Some ways to exercise- Clear your mind. Work your heart. Lift weights. Take a break.
