| dependent variable | a variable that is observed and measured in an experiment |
| DNA | a molecule that contains all info necessary to build and maintain an organism |
| ecosystem | an area where living organisms, weather, and landscape work together to create a bubble of life |
| evolution | process of species adapting to their environment over time |
| experiment | a procedure done in a controlled environment for data and observations |
