| appeal | a request to the public for money, information, or help |
| apply | to request something, usually officially, especially in writing or by sending in a form |
| applicant | a person who formally requests something, especially a job, or to study at a college or university |
| expulsion | (the act of) forcing someone, or being forced, to leave a school, organization, or country |
| curriculum | the subjects studied in a school, college, etc. and what each subject includes |
| syllabus | the subjects or books to be studied in a particular course |
| tuition | teaching, especially when given to a small group or one person, such as in a college or university |
| involve | to include someone in something |
| guideline | information intended to advise people on how something should be done |
| attendance | the number of people who go to an event, meeting, etc. |
| elect | to decide on or choose, especially to choose a person for a particular job, by voting |
