Metamorphosis/ Metamorfosis a process of physical change some animals go through to become an adult/ un proceso de cambio físico por el que pasan algunos animales para convertirse en adultos.
Egg/ Huevo a reproductive structure where a new living thing can hatch if it is fertilized/ una estructura reproductiva donde un nuevo ser vivo puede eclosionar si es fertilizado
Pupa/ Pupa Stage where larva changes to an adult, chrysalis or cocoon/ Etapa donde la larva cambia a un adulto, crisálida o capullo
Larva/ larva small worm like stage, after hatching out of the egg, eats and grows/ etapa parecida a un gusano pequeño, después de salir del cascarón, come y crece
Adult/ Adulta insect or animal is fully grown and ready to reproduce/ el insecto o animal está completamente desarrollado y listo para reproducirse
Nymph/ Ninfa stage in the life cycle where the insect looks like the adult but a smaller version/ etapa del ciclo de vida en la que el insecto se parece al adulto pero en una versión más pequeña
