| Tamoxifen | an antineoplastic agent used to manage breast cancer |
| Bisphosphonates | works to reduce osteoporosis by binding to osteoclasts |
| Prochlorperazine | drug can be administered to manage the nausea and vomitting caused by antineoplastic agents |
| Cisplatin | an example of a cell-cycle nonspecific antineoplastic agent |
| Antimetabolites | antineoplastic agents most likely to cause liver problems |
| Doxorubicin | an antineoplastic drug that is a potent cardiotoxin |
| Vincristine (Oncovin) or Vinblastine (Velban) | associated with neurologic problems |
| Azathioprine, Cyclophosphamide, and Mercaptopurine | have the action prolonged and toxicity increased by allopurinol, which is used to prevent hyperuricemia |
