Alveoli the lungs and the blood exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide during the process of breathing in and breathing out.
Bronchitis inflammation of the mucous membrane in the bronchial tubes. It typically causes bronchospasm and coughing.
Asthma a respiratory condition marked by spasms in the bronchi of the lungs,
Diaphragm a dome-shaped muscular partition separating the thorax from the abdomen in mammals.
Kidney pair of organs that are found on either side of the spine, just below the rib cage in the back.
Filter pass (a liquid, gas, light, or sound) through a device to remove unwanted material.
Bladder a membranous sac in humans and other animals, in which urine is collected for excretion.
Perspiration the process of sweating.
Metabolic waste substances left over from metabolic processes
Liver a large lobed glandular organ in the abdomen of vertebrates, involved in many metabolic processes.
