The four scientists which had helped out understanding of the cell/cell theory.

Robert Hooke Build the first microscope & looked at the first cell in cork (dead plant cells)
Anton Van Leeuwenhoek Looked at pond water and was able to identify there are organisms that we cannot see
Matthias Schleiden looked at living plant cells and all living things are composed of cells
Rudolf Virchow cells must come from other cells
