Stomata Openings that allow plants for gas exchange; they are regulated by the guard cells.
Xylem Transports water in a vascular plants
Phloem transports food (glucose) in vascular plants

adaptation a structure inherited by DNA that allows a plant or animal to live in a particular place or habitat.
