TermDefinition
Carbon Cycle The way the element carbon is passed between living and nonliving things .
Extinct The name we give when a species is no longer exists.
Biodiversity The variety of species or kinds of life that exist.
Deforestation Refers to the cutting down of trees which increases carbon dioxide levels
Greenhouse Effect Increase of temperature because of increase of carbon dioxide on Earth
Natural Resources Any resource nature provides such as wood, oil, propane.
Water Cycle The water cycle is the continuous journey water takes from the sea, to the sky, to the land and back to the sea.
