What are the 2 types of cholesterol HDL and LDL
Define the 2 types of cholesterol HDL is healthy and is found in vegetables, fruits, nuts, seafood. LDL is bad cholesterol that can clog arteries and is found in potato chips, hamburgers, candy, etc.
What is a good blood pressure reading? 120/80
What is a healthy level of cholesterol? Anything below 200
What can cause fluctuations in cholesterol levels? Family history, stress/depression, weight, exercise, cigarettes, age and gender
