population all members of same species living in the same place at the same time

reproductive potential maximum number of offspring that can be reproduced by a member of the population
exponential growth grow faster and faster/no limiting factors
carrying capacity maximum population size an ecosystem can support
niche role of species in an ecosystem
competition when different individuals or populations attempt to use same resources
predation Predator (feeds on another organism) and Prey (organism that is feeds upon) Relationship
parasitism (+,-) Parasite lives in or on and feeds upon a host organism. Parasite benefits and the host is harmed.
mutualism (+,+) Relationship between two species where both organisms benefit.
commensalism (+,0) Relationship between two species where one organism benefits and the other is neither harmed or benefits.
symbiosis Relationship where two organisms live in close association.
