What is the function of cell membrane? It controls what substances come into and get out of the cell.
The endoplasmic reticulum (E.R.) does what? It is the passageway for preoteins and other substances to travel throughout the cell.
Are ribosomes found on the rough E.R. or smoot E.R.? Rough
Mitochondria provides what for the cell? Energy, power
Cells are the basic what? Units of structure and function
What seven characteristcs do organisms need to have to be considered "living"? Movement, Respiration, Sensitivity (stimulant), Growth, Nutrition, Excretion, & Reproduction
Is interphase the first phase in mitosis? If not, what is? No, prophase
Cells divide through a process called what? Mitosis
What happens in anaphase? Chromatids separate and begin to move to opposite ends of the cell.
