Photosynthesis a process by which plants and other autotrophs capture light and use light energy to make food from carbon dioxide and water

Heterotrophs An organism that can't make its own food and gets food by consuming other living things.
Decomposers An organism that get energy by breaking down biotic wastes and dead organisms, and raw materials to the soil and water.
