Scale To measure or find the length of something
Plot A plot is a graph technique used for data
Interpret To give or provide the meaning of something
Variable To be changed
Independent variable Variable that is manipulated
Dependent variable Variable being tested and is measured
Problem Ask a question
Research To gather information
Hypothesis Educated or logical guess (prediction)
Experiment The thing you do when your testing your hypothesis
Data Collected (experimental information)
Conclusion The result to the experiment
Control (group) Group that does not get tested or to compare
Experimental (group) Group that does get tested
Controlled variables/Constant(s) Variables that stay the same throughout the experiment
Placebo Controlled studies

Magnification The magnifying power ( object appears larger)
