aorta a main artery of the body that supplies oxygenated blood to the circulatory system
right atrium one of the four chambers of the heart where deoxygenated blood enters
vena cava a large vein that carries deoxygenated blood to the heart
right ventricle pumps blood from the right atrium through the pulmonary artery to get the lungs
septum separates the left ventricle and the right ventricle
Left ventricle the thickest of the heart’s chambers and is responsible for pumping oxygenated blood to tissues all over the body.
Left Atrium a holding chamber for oxygenated blood coming from the lungs
Pulmonary Artery the artery carrying blood from the right ventricle to the lungs for oxygenation
Pulmonary Vein the vein carrying oxygenated blood from the lungs to the left atrium of the heart
