USIDMS Renal Doppler

What is a direct study of a renal Doppler exam? Interrogates the entire renal artery bilaterally
What is an indirect study of a renal Doppler exam? Evaluates only the segmental renal arteries
What kind of resistance should the renal arteries demonstrate? Low resistance
What is a RAR that is consistent with a 60% or greater stenosis? 3.5 or greater
