| Goodell's sign | Softening of the tip of the cervix (could also be infection, hormone imbalance or pelvic congestion) - probable, 6 weeks |
| Fetal movement, Fetal Heart Tones, sonographic evidence of pregnancy | These are the only positive signs of pregnancy |
