Signs of pregnancy

Piskacek's sign uterine asymmetry with a soft prominence on the implantation sign (could also be tumors) - probable, 8-10 weeks
Hegar's sign Softening of the lower uterine segment (could also be pelvic congestion) - probable, 6 weeks
Goodell's sign Softening of the tip of the cervix (could also be infection, hormone imbalance or pelvic congestion) - probable, 6 weeks
Fetal movement, Fetal Heart Tones, sonographic evidence of pregnancy These are the only positive signs of pregnancy
Positive test for HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) in the maternal urine or blood serum probable
