Large Intestine Organ that absorbs water and vitamin K
Esophagus Muscular tube connecting the throat and stomach
Pepsin Enzyme that starts to digest proteins in the stomach
Pancreas Organ that produces a variety of digestive enzymes
Parietal cell Produces hydrochloric acid in the stomach
Bile Chemical that breaks up large fat droplets
