Net Asset Value (Per Share) NAV = (Total Assets - Total Liabilities) / # of shares outstanding
Dividend Yield (stocks) Annual Dividend / Current Market Price
Current Yield (bonds) Annual Int / Current Market Price
Conversion Price or Conversion Ratio 100 (Par Value) / Conversion Ratio = Conversion Price 100/ Conversion Price = Conversion Ratio (# of shares received)
Public Offering Price (POP) as % NAV / (100% - Sales Charge%)= POP or NAV / (1 - S. C.) = POP
POP aka ASK Price Sales Charge in $ ASK = NAV + S. C. S. C. = ASK - NAV
Sales Charge as % (POP - NAV) / POP *** Then convert to %
Taxable Equivalent Corporate Yield *** Puts a municipal investment on the same level as a taxable investment = Municipal Yield / (100% - Tax Bracket %)
Tax Free or Municipal Yield Equivilent = Corporate Rate x (100% - Tax Bracket)
Parity Bond Market Value / # of shares on Conversion
Avg Market Price Per share Total of share prices / # of investments
Dollar Cost Avg Per share Total Dollars Invested / # of shares purchased
