Fee | Money charged for a service |
Savings account | Money that earns interest in a bank |
Budget | A plan for spending money |
Balance | The amount of money left in an account after the withdrawals are subtracted from the deposits. |
Atm | A machine that lets you put money into a bank account or take money out. |
Minimum balance | The smallest amount of money a person can keep in a bank account without having to pay a fee. |
interest | Money that a bank pays you for keeping your money in the bank. |
check register | A booklet in a checkbook to keep track of checks and deposits. |
Credit card | A card that allows a person to buy something now and pay for it later. |
Safe deposit box | A secure box at the bank for keeping special items. |
deposit slip | A slip of paper you fill out to show how much money you are putting into a bank account. |
withdrawal slip | a slip of paper you fill out to show how much money you are taking out of a bank account. |
pin | a list of numbers you choose to assess your account |
