Environmental Conditions Use of nonrenewable resources that does not exceed the rate of their replacement by renewable substit utes. Clean air and water. Biodiversity.
Economic Condiions Broad prosperity. Greater local/regional self-reliance. Economically sound economics. Well paying jobs for all who want them. Healthy, stable economics.
