TermDefinition
Chromosomes Carries genes and traits.
Gene A trait you get passed on from parents.
Allele One or two same characteristic traits; EX- Same hair color
Meiosis Makes sperm and egg.
Gamete Four different cells of eggs; four different cells of sperm.
Fertillization When the egg comes in contact with the sperm and starts fertilizing the egg to create an offspring.
