| Amino Acid | Building blocks for proteins |
| Denature | Changing the shape of an enzyme, causing it to become less effective or useless |
| Antigen | "Protein" that causes your immune system to make antibodies |
| Antibody | Proteins that bind to antigens and signal their destruction by the immune system |
| Immune Rejection | Body rejects new blood by attaching antibodies and signaling their destruction |
