replicaiton | the process of exactly copying one DNA double helix into two identical helices; occurs at the end of interphase |
semi-conservative replication | use of one parent strand and one newly created strand |

DNA helicase | enzyme that breaks the hydrogen bonds (where large number f bonds are A-T) in the DNA to allow replication |
mutation | when new helix forms with differences to the original parent helix. |
