What is sexual dimorphism? Sexual dimorphism is the differences seen in the male and female individuals of a species.
What causes sexual dimorphism? This is caused by sexual selection that has varying reproductive success.
What is male success limited by? What does this mean for males? Males are usually limited by the number of females in a population. This means that males have to compete for mates.
What is the female limited by? What does this mean for females? Females are limited by resources such as energy. This means that females should be choosy of their mate.
