Phylum the third largest level of classification
Domain the larges level of classification, there are three domains
species the most specific level of classification
Kingdom the second largest level of organization, there are 8 kingdoms
genus the second to most specific level of classification
Scientific name the Genus and species of an organism,
Binomial nomenclature the two part naming system for living organisms made up of
Dichotomous Key a tool to help identify the name of an organism using paired, opposite characteristics
Phylogenetic tree tree that shows the relatedness of organisms
