| Communication | Process of sending and receiving messages between people |
| Spoken messages | Process of sending messages with words |
| Written messages | Process of sending messages in writing |
| Nonverbal communication | Process of sending messages without words through the use of facial expressions and gestures |
| Critical thinking | The mental process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluation information to reach an answer or conclusion |
| Integrity | A firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values |
| Adaptability | When a person is able to change to fit changed circumstances |
| Honesty | Telling the truth and constantly expresses truthfulness |
| Soft Skills | Personal attributes that enhance an individual's interactions, job performance and career prospects. |
| Accountability | An obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions |
| Punctuality | Being on time |
| Respect | When you admire someone deeply, as a result of their abilities, qualities, or achievements |
| Diversity | Variety |
| Labeling | To assign to a category usually inaccurately or restrictively on a person |
| Team player | Working together to get a job accomplished |
| Work ethic | A sense of obligation to work hard and to complete tasks efficiently and well |
