Non Verbal Communication Communication without talking.
Written Communication Communication that is written.
Oral Communication When you communicate by talking.
Etiquette Being polite, and having good manners.
Empathy The ability to understand and share the feelings of another.
Body Language When you communicate non-verbally.
Conflict A serious disagreement or argument.
Compromise An agreement to an argument.
Active Listening Hearing something and attempting to comprehend the meaning of words spoken in another conversation or speech.
