Ethics a set of moral principles or values
Enthusiasm strong excitement or feeling

Integrity firm adherence to a code of moral values
Laissez-faire an absence of leadership, for the group to go its own way without guidance
Leadership the ability to direct and influence others

Peer pressure persuasion to conform to the group and go along with group activities
