TermDefinition
Acronym a word formed from the initial letters of a phrase or title
Creed a statement of belief
Emblem a visual symbol that represents a group
Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) an organization for students who are enrolled or have been enrolled in family and consumer sciences classes for at least one semester
Mission a statement that defines an organization’s overreaching purpose.
National programs frameworks for FCCLA action that encourage members to enhance their personal growth and build their leadership skills
Motto a word or saying that expresses ones aims, ideals, or guiding rule.
Purposes the object for which something exists or is done.
