What's the difference between a motor and a sensory neuron Motor neurons bring the impulses from the CNS to the muscles whereas sensory neurons bring the impulses from the muscles to the CNS
What's the function of the eye To distinguish colour and to detect light
What's the advantage of having two eyes It gives one the ability to judge distance
What's the function of the lens To focus light on the retina
What's the function of the iris To change the size of the pupil to allow varied levels of light to enter the eye
What is the coloured part of the eye called The iris
Why do pupils get bigger in the dark To allow more light to enter the eye
What part of the eye detects light The retina
What connects the eye to the brain the optic nerve
