SMART Goal is the first step in making your goal a reality.
W-2 form reports an employee's annual wages and the amount of taxes withheld from his or her paycheck.
W-4 form tells the employer the correct amount of tax to withhold from an employee's paycheck.

Value Something that you hold close.
Wants Something that you think you need but you actually want
Direct Deposit the electronic transfer of a payment directly from the account of the payer to the recipient's account.
Paycheck a check for salary or wages made out to an employee.
Payroll Card are an alternative to direct deposit or paper checks.
Financial Decision Deciding what you can buy and what you can save.
Career an occupation undertaken for a significant period of a person's life and with opportunities for progress.
Bartering exchange (goods or services) for other goods or services without using money.
Human Capital the skills, knowledge, and experience possessed by an individual or population.
Credit the ability of a customer to obtain goods or services before payment.
