QuestionAnswer
List the components of the nucleus and ribosomes and give a function for each. The nucleus contain; nuclear envelope, nucleolus, nuclear pore and chromatin. The ribosomes are composed small and large subunits that togther use information of the RNA from the nucleus synthesize proteins.
Nuclear Envelope Double membrane of phospholipids that separates nucleus from cytoplasm.
Nuclear Pore Allows the NUCLEUS to communicate with activities in the cytoplasm.
Chromatin Is a network of of DNA and protein. Just before the cell divides , the chromatin condenses and coils in rodlike structures.
Ribosomes Found in the rough ER. Composed small and large subunits that tougher use information of the RNA from the nucelus Syn. Proteins.
List the components of the endomembrane system and list the functions of each component.
