| Cell wall | Made of cellulose. Rigid, Strong, and Stiff. Protects the cell. Plant Cell only. |
| Cell Membrane | Surrounds all cells. Maintains the condition of the cell. |
| Nucleus | Large oval shape, centrally located in the cell. Contains genetic information. |
| Cytoplasm | Located beneath the cell membrane. Supports and protects the organelles. |
| Golgi Bodies | Processes and packages molecules and proteins made by the cell. |
| Ribosomes | Can be attached to the Endoplasmic Membrane or floating free in the Cytoplasm. |
| Endoplasmic Reticulum | Network of tubes, transports material throughout the cell. Two types: Rough(Covered in Ribosomes) and Smooth (No Ribosomes) |
| Mitochondria | Breaks down sugar molecules to release usable energy. |
| Vacuoles | Store food, water, and waste. Plant: Few large ones. Animal: Many small ones. |
| Lysosomes | Small and round. Breaks down large food molecules into smaller ones. Digests old cell parts. Only in Animal Cells |
| Chloroplasts | Green due to chlorophyll. Uses Photosynthesis to make food. Only in Plant Cells. |
