| Describe the scrotum | a sac of skin and superficial fascia that hangs outside the abdominopelvic cavity at the root of the penis. It contains paired oval testes. A midline septum divides the scrotum providing a compartment for each testis. |

| What are the function of myoid cells within the seminiferous tubule? | Myoid cells squeeze sperm and testicular fluids through the tubules and out of the testes |
| What function does the prostate play in reproduction? | During ejaculation, prostatic smooth muscle contracts, squeeze prostatic secretions into the prostatic urethra. This fluid plays a role in activating sperm |
