| decubital ulcers | pressure sores/bed sores that form if proper measures aren't taken (flipping, stimulate skin, check for redness/moisture). Caused by pressure-induced ischemia (lack of circulation). Causes necrosis and open wounds. 4 grads (mild to most extreme). |
