Fremitis Palpable vibration
Hypercapnia Increased CO2 in blood

Orthopnea Difficulty breathing when supine
Resonance Low-pitched, clear, hollow sound
Surfactant Fluid that moistens the alveoli and prevents walls from sticking together during exhalation/
