What is the size of the heart (roughly)? The size of a clenched fist.
On what side of the chest is the heart located? To the left (slightly).
What type of muscle is the heart made of? Cardiac Muscle.
What is special about cardiac muscle? It doesn't tire (fatigue) easily.
What is the average pulse rate of an adult at rest? 70 beats per minute (bpm)
