system group of organs that work together.
cell the smallest working part in your body.
tissues a group of cells that work together to do a certain job.
organs a group of tissues that work together to perform certain job.
Crainium Bone that protects your spinal cord.
Spine Backbone made of small bones that protect spinal cord.
Muscle An organ that contracts and relaxes.
Esophagus Tube like organ that pushes food from your mouth to stomach.
Stomach An organ that breaks down and mixes digestive juices with food.
Small Intestine Tube like organ just below the stomach is small intestine. Observes nutrients.
Large Intestine The last organ in the digestive system. Removes water to form solid wastes.
Lungs Organs that allows oxygen to pass through our body.
Diaphragm Muscle beneath your lungs that helps move air in to and out of the lungs.
Heart The organ that pumps blood through the body.
Arteries Blood vessels that carry blood way from the heart.
Capillaries Tiny blood vessels that deliver blood to the tissues.
Veins Blood vessels that carry blood towards (back to the heart)
Brain Organ that is the control center of the body.
Nerves An organ in nervous system that carries messages to and from the brain.
