1. What is a Chromosome? when the cell divide.

3. What are Genes? a curtain sequence in nucleotides on a chain of DNA.
4. What is DNA? DNA = DeoxyriboNucleic Acid. A double-stranded,helical nucleic acid.
5. What is Mitosis? 4 stages the that lead up to the cell dividing into to cell.
6. What is Meiosis? when the cell divide that halves the muber of chromosomes.
7. What is RNA? RNA = Ribonucleic Acid. A single strand Nucleotides.
8. What is DNA Replication? Makes more of itself.
9. What is Mutation? Random changes that happen in the DNA.
10. What is Ribosomes? A minute particle consisting of RNA.
11. What is Spindle? A slender mass of microtubules formed when a cell divides.

13. What is Genetic? Relating to genes or heredity.
14. what is Helix? An extended spiral chain of atoms in a protein.
15. What is a Template? A nucleic acid molecule that acts as a pattern for the sequence of assembly of a protein.
16 .What is Proteins? Nitrogenous organic compounds that consist of large molecules composed of one or more long chains of amino acids.
17. What is a Prophase? The first stage of cell division, before metaphase.
18. What is a Metaphase? The second stage of cell division, between prophase and anaphase.
19. What is a Anaphase? The stage of meiotic or mitotic cell division in which the chromosomes move away from one another to opposite poles of the spindle.
20. What is a Telophase? The final phase of cell division, between anaphase and interphase.
