Chromosomes a threadlike structure of nucleic acids and protein found in the nucleus of most living cells, carrying genetic information in the form of genes.
Chromitim the material of which the chromosomes of organisms other than bacteria (i.e., eukaryotes) are composed. It consists of protein, RNA, and DNA.
Chromitid each of the two threadlike strands into which a chromosome divides longitudinally during cell division. Each contains a double helix of DNA
Karyotype To arrange and classify the chromosome complement of an organism based on the number, size, shape, and other characteristics of the chromosomes.
Centromere Where chromitids join
Cenreiole Releases spindal fibers
Spindle Fiber In cell biology, spindle apparatus refers to the subcellular structure that segregates chromosomes between daughter cells during cell division
