Chromosomes Chromatin compacted into visible structures
Cell cycle life cycle of a Eukaryotic cell.
interphase the part pf the cell cycle during which the cell is not dividing.
mitosis the part of the cell cycle during which the nucleus divides.
cytokinesis the division of the parent cell's cytoplasm.
meiosis the type of cell division that produces haploid sex cells such as eggs and sperm.
asexual reproduction an form of reproduction during which one organism produces one or more new organisms that are identical to itself
sexual reproduction a form of reproduction during which two parents each contribute a sex cell to the new organism
