cladistics biological classification system based on phylogeny
cladogram a model of the phylogeny of the species
eubacteria groups of prokaryotes with strong cell walls and a variety of structures
protist a eukaryote that lacks complex organ system and lives in moist environments
fungus either a unicellular or multicellular eukaryote that absorbs nutrients from organic materials in the environment
