Host Provides food for the parasite

Canning Heating food and then sealing it in a container to kill bacteria
Pasteurization Heating milk to kill bacteria
Freezing Slows the growth of bacteria with cold temperatures
Dehydration Removing water from food so that bacteria can't grow there
Antiseptics Chemicals that kill bacteria on living things like (Germ X on your hands)
Disinfectants Chemicals that kills bacteria on non living things (Clorox wipes on a table)
Flagellum Whip like tail that helps bacteria move
